Office of Quality Management
The Office of Quality Management is the main support for the productive projects, so that they may be able to fulfill the conditions that the market requests, in this sense, its responsibilities are:

To establish the integrated quality control systems of the norms demanded by the market.

To execute training processes for the quality norms to producers and personal related to the production processes, agro industrials and administration.

To look after the execution of the different norms on the part of the producers and personal of the Foundation in order to obtain and to maintain the certification of the work processes.

To establish and implement evaluation politics for the qualification of the projects as well as the establishment of prizes and sanctions to the members of the Foundation.

To look after the execution of the quality parameters of the product (in accordance with the client's specifications), as well as the quality of the production process of the different products determined by the Foundation.
This office helps the producers, users of the PROAGROIN Foundation, to reach the highest levels of competitiveness, through the consolidation of a culture of quality, efficiency and productivity, strengthening the social organizations and keeping the highest respect in their projects for the environment; so that, it will allow them to assure their insertion and permanency in the most demanding markets.
Our products are developed following strict quality standards like: the certification EUREPGAP, the norms of Fair Trade, and the Organic Norm. All of them guided to the socioeconomic development in harmony with the conservation of the environment and the fair treatment in all the links on the production chain and commercialization.
The quality criteria are incorporated in each one of our production units, like in orange and in pineapple, which are sold to other countries as fresh fruit or concentrated and frozen juice. As other products supply these markets, the same quality principle will be incorporated to the process. |
